Depending on the type of application, fees are collected by ECHA and by ANSES. The fees owed to ECHA are defined in Regulation ( EU) No 564/2013. They are payable directly to ECHA. For more information on these fees, please contact the ECHA helpdesk.

Fees due to ANSES are paid according to the type of application and are determined by the Ministerial Order of 22 November 2017pdf.

Payment of this fee during the application acceptance phase can be made:

  • by cheque made payable to L’Agent Comptable de l’ANSES. In this case, provide a two-sided copy of the cheque via the R4BP and indicate on the reverse of the cheque: the word "BIOCIDES", the product name, the application number and the application-code.
  • or preferably by bank transfer. A copy of the bank transfer must be submitted via the R4BP. This slip must identify the application concerned without any ambiguity. Indicate on the bank transfer slip the word "BIOCIDES", the product name, the application number and the application-code.

NB: Non-payment or incompleteness of a dossier at the time of the acceptance or validation phase shall be grounds for the rejection of an MA application.
