The European Commission provides documents concerning biocidal products and to help for dossier submission. Assessment reports of active substances are available. The list of active substances notified for the appropriate use, as well as manual of decisions and R4BP document can be downloaded on this website. ANSES sets out the scientific activities inherent to its missions, including the evaluation of biocide dossiers for which it has provided a guide to procedures. The European Union provides Directive 98/8/EC and its revision, guidance documents (other than those presented by the European Commission), and lists of active substances included or not included in Annex I or IA of Directive 98/8/EC. Form generated by the Community Register for Biocidal Products (R4BP) to be completed and sent when submitting applications for authorisation. The European Union provides a summary of European regulations and associated procedures. This link allows you to declare products for toxicovigilance purposes. Only in French. The French Ministry of Environment describes biocidal products and the regulations governing them. This site then allows registration of biocidal products, and explains the French procedure for submitting an application. Only in French. SIMMBAD is a website developped by the French Ministry of Environment and ANSES. It permits to submit online an application for placing a biocidal product on the French market within the framework of the biocidal directive 98/8/EC, and paperless. |
