In the case of withdrawal of a product during the transitional period, and/or without the dossier being submitted before the deadline listed in the Inclusion Directives of the active substances contained in the product, any placing on the market, at any stage of the distribution chain, will be prohibited according to French regulations (see Ministerial Orders for the prohibition of biocidal products and Ministerial Orders for the control of placing on the market of biocidal products).
